Bernard Gordon & Co have recently expanded the acquisition arm of our business to work on a more bespoke level with clients and applicants to put deals together; whether off market, acting for purchasers/tenants or arranging sale and leasebacks by introducing real estate partners etc. We have had great success in ensuring clients demands are met by finding the right property, in the right location using our vast contacts, outside the box thinking and understanding of the market to ensure deals are created where they wouldn’t have been previously.
